Hosting a fundraiser with Basement Burger Bar is simple and rewarding. Your organization earns 20% back from qualifying supporter sales during your approved fundraiser event.

To get started, complete the request form below. Once submitted, our team will review your request and contact you to confirm availability and next steps.
Please note:
- A valid organization Tax ID / EIN is required
- Fundraisers are typically scheduled Monday through Thursday
- Dates are subject to availability and approval
What to Expect on Fundraiser Day
After approval, your organization will receive instructions on how supporters should participate in the fundraiser. This may include dining in at the selected location or ordering online using your fundraiser details.
All qualifying sales during the approved timeframe will count toward your fundraiser total.
After the Fundraiser
Once the fundraiser concludes, Basement Burger Bar will calculate total qualifying sales and issue payment for 20% of fundraiser proceeds to your organization.
